Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, we understand that unexpected issues can arise.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll work diligently to resolve the issue. Please provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect items.

If the issue is due to a mistake on our part, we may offer a replacement or a credit towards your next order.

For perishable items, please inspect them upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any issues.

Cancellation Policy:

  • You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. Please contact our customer support to initiate the cancellation process.
  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. Please refer to our general refund policy for further information.
