Hello everyone! Today I am going to share with you all chatpata aloo masala recipe. Aloo is favorite of many persons in India. Chatpata masala aloo is mainly made with aloo i.e potatoes and tomatoes. chatpata Masala aloo is a very easy and quick recipe.
Ingredients required for making chatpata masala aloo are as follows:
potato-4 ,green chili-2
ginger-1” ,garlic-10
tomato-3 ,oil-2tsp
cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
cinnamon-1/2”
black pepper- 4 ,cloves- 3
turmeric powder – 1/3 tsp
asafetida- 2 pinches
kashmiri red chili- ½ tsp
kasoori methi- ½ tsp
cumin powder- ½ tsp
garam masala- ¼ tsp
salt as per taste
dry mango powder- ¼ tsp
cilantro for garnishing
