Kaju masala mathri

Taday I am going to make kaju masala mathri. Kaju masala mathri can be taken with tea/ coffee as snacks. Kaju masala mathri is very tasty snack option.

Ingradients required to make kaju masala mathri:

All purpose flour(Maida) : 1 cups (150 grams)
Semolina(Suji): 1/3 cup (50 grams)
Salt : according to taste
Carom seeds(Ajwain) : 1/4 tbsp
Asafoetida 1 pinch
Cumin Seeds 1/3 tsp, Ghee 1-2 tsp
Water 1/3 cup (warm), Oil : for deep frying
Red Chili 1/4 tsp, Dry mango powder 1/4 tsp,
Chat masala : 1/3 tbsp , black pepper powder : 1/4 tsp

Step by step recipe of kaju masala mathri:

1-Add all purpose flour 150 gram, semolina 50 grams, salt as per taste, carom seeds 1/4 tsp, asafoetida 1 pinch, cumin seeds 1/3 tsp, ghee 2 tsp and mix well.
2- Take warm water and add it little by little to knead tight dough.
3- Rest dough 10-15 min ( cover it ) and knead little again.
4 – Make 2 round balls and roll 2 roties.
5- Place both roti one over the other and roll little again.
6- Take a bottle cap and cut roti into kaju shapes.
7- Heat oil in a pan and add mathri in oil, stir lightly and fry 4-5 min.
8- Flip and fry 4-5 min more till it become golden brown, then take out.
9- Add red chili 1/4 tsp, mango powder- 1/4 tsp, chat masala 1/3 tsp, black pepper -1/4 tsp and mix well
10- Now Kaju masal mathri is ready.
